Pistachio Mousse

Super quick and easy to make with just three ingredients! This is for all our pistachio lovers.


  • 300ml/2 cups whipping cream
  • 150g/1 cup pistachio cream/paste
  • Handful pistachio finely chopped


In a large bowl at the cream and with an electric hand whisk or stand mixer, whisk until it forms stiff peaks.

Add in the pistachio cream and gently fold in until fully incorporated.

Add the mixture to a piping bag and pipe into preferred glasses/bowls and sprinkle crushed pistachio on top.
