The perfect recipe for Summer, fresh, zesty and creamy pasta that’s perfect for all the family to enjoy!
- 500g/1lb spaghetti
- 250ml/1 cup double/heavy cream
- 3 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 1 lemon juice and zest
- 100g/1 cup parmesan cheese
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt & pepper
Add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil to a large sauce pan, add the garlic and cook until golden. Add the juice and zest to the pan and mix well. Add the cream, cheese and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for around 10 minutes.
Cook the pasta in a large pan of boiling salted water until al dente.
Drain and add to the sauce and mix well.
Add extra cheese and lemon zest and serve.
