Twintastico Tweet Tweet Easter Birds Nests

If you love easter eggs and anything sweet, this is the snack for you during Easter. They are so easy and fun to make and the kids will love them.

Makes around a dozen

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup of peanut butter
• 1 cup of white chocolate buttons
• 2 cups of cornflakes or rice krispies
• Mini candied eggs

Method

Add the peanut butter and chocolate into a large heat proof bowl. Place bowl over a saucepan of simmering water making sure the water doesn’t touch the bottom of the bowl. Stir chocolate and peanut butter occasionally as it softens. When you have just a few small unmelted chunks, remove bowl from heat (residual heat will melt the rest).

Stir the cornflakes into the melted chocolate and peanut butter mixture, then make little mounds using a ice cream scoop on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and top the center of each one with some egg shaped candies.

Allow them to set for about an hour or so and then dig in!
