Farfalle with Peas and Pancetta
So simple, yet so satisfying. This dish is quick to make and using only a handful of ingredients.
- 400g Farfalle pasta
- 100g Pancetta
- 100g Peas
- Parmesan cheese
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt & pepper
Bring to a boil a pan of salted boiling water and add the pasta and cook until al dente.
Fry pancetta with a little olive oil in a frying pan for around 4-5 minutes until crisp, add the peas and cook for a further 2-3 minutes.
Add pasta to the pan and toss well with pancetta and peas. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle extra vrigin olive oil over the top and toss to combine. Sprinkle on parmesan cheese and mix well. Buon appetito…
