The best pistachio recipe you will ever find. Pistacchiotti, are pistachio biscuits prepared with only 3 ingredients, flour, egg and pistachio spreadable cream, so good and quick that they disappear in a flash.


  • 180g/1 cup Pistachio paste
  • 1 egg
  • 140g/1 cup flour

For the topping

  • 150g/3/4 cup pistachio paste
  • Handful crushed pistachios


Add the pistachio paste and egg to a bowl and whisk to combine.

Add the flour and mix until a dough forms.

Take small size pieces of dough and roll into golf sized balls and place on a lined baking tray.

Make a deep hole in the centre of the balls with the end of a wooden spoon.

Bake in a pre heated oven at 180C/350F for 12 minutes.

Take out of the oven and leave to cool. Pipe in the centre the pistachio paste and sprinkle crushed pistachios on top.
