Fettuccine Alberti

We all know the classic Fettuccine Alfredo, well here we present to you our Fettuccine Alberti, it’s even better than the original! A quick, simple meal all the family will love!


  • 500g/1 lb Fettuccine
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • 250g/1 cup Pecorino Romano
  • Salt & pepper


Bring a large pot of salted to boil and add the pasta, cook until al dente.

Melt the butter in a large sauté pan set over low heat. Once the butter has melted, turn the heat off.

Add the pasta to the pan and toss together, add the cheese and a ladle of pasta water and mix together to create a creamy sauce. Season with pepper and buon appetito…
