Keep it simple with this crab linguine with chilli and parsley, it takes a few good quality ingredients and lets them shine.
- 400g linguine
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 red chilli, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 300g/11oz fresh white crabmeat
- Large handful flat-leaf parsley leaves, very finely chopped
- Salt & pepper
Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil and add the linguine. Cook until al dente.
While the pasta cooks, add a drizzle of olive oil, chilli and garlic to a large saucepan. Cook until the garlic is golden. Add the crabmeat, using a wooden spoon, mash until you make a thick sauce.
Add the pasta to the pan and mix well. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle on the parsley. Buon Appetito…
