Italian S’mores
This moreish s’mores dip is the perfect treat to share on Bonfire Night or a cosy family night in. A silky smooth chocolate ganache hides beneath a layer of gooey toasted marshmallows with a topping of crushed amaretti biscuits. Ready to be dipped and dunked with your favourite treats! You’re always going to want s’more of this!
IngredientsĀ
- 300g/1 cup Nutella
- 200ml/1 cup Condensed milk
- 225g/1 cup Mascarpone
- 150g/2 cups Marshmallows
- Crushed amaretti biscuits
- Lady fingers/Savoiardi for dunking
Method
Preheat the grill too high. Mix together the Nutella and mascarpone in a bowl until silky smooth. Add the mixture to a heatproof bowl placed over a pan of simmering water. Making sure the bowl doesn’t touch the water. Add the condensed milk and mix until combined and glossy.
Transfer to a large saute/frying pan and cover the base with a thick layer of the melted chocolate. Scatter marshmallows over the top until completely covered.
Cook under the grill for 3-4 minutes until marshmallows are melted and toasted on top. Crumble crushed amaretti biscuits on top and serve with lady fingers to dip in!
