Italian Popping Popcorn 

Now everyone loves popcorn, so here we have given it an Italian Twintastico Twist and made it even more desirable and amazing than ever. Our Italian Twintastico Twist will take you on a mouthwatering journey. It’s eye poppingly tasty with an explosion of flavours in your mouth, that you will never forget!! Snack night will never be the same again…

Ingredients:

• Popcorn kernels
• Extra virgin olive oil
• Aged balsamic vinegar
• Pistachios
• Raisins
• Chocolate chips

Method: 

Coat the bottom of a large pot with extra virgin olive oil and heat gently. Drop in the kernels and cover and shake pan. Continue to shake pan until all the corn has popped being careful not to burn.

Place the popcorn in a large bowl, drizzle in extra virgin olive oil, aged balsamic vinegar and add the pistachio nuts, chocolate chips, raisins and mix well. Finish with a drizzling of extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
