Italian Guacamole
Oh my Guac!!! Look at our Guac!! Italian Guacamole!!!
Twintastico Italian Twist on Guacamole, quick and easy with lot’s of fresh basil and garlic and super moreish. The perfect dip!
Serves 4-6
Ingredients
- 3 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
- 2 large cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp peperoncino chilli flakes/ 1 fresh chilli, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, finely chopped (or 3 tablespoons chopped sun-dried tomatoes)
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Handful fresh basil leaves, finely chopped
- Salt & pepper
Method
In a bowl, mash together all ingredients with a fork until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
