Makes about 20 – 25 baci di dama

  • 2/3 cup superfine sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Nutella

Preheat oven to 350F. In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter and sugar together until soft and creamy. Add the vanilla extract and beat again. Add the flour and ground hazelnuts and mix until a dough starts to form. Shape into a ball and leave to rest for 30 minutes.
